Join Sarana Miller and our Sunday Morning Mandala of yoga practitioners. We're an all-levels groups from around the country, and overseas. Combination floor work, standing poses, balance and strengthening. This class is a lovely way to start your Sunday and will set you up for an embodied and revitalized week.
